I am currently a third grade reading and social studies bilingual teacher at Dallas Independent School District. I have seven years of experience in early childhood, elementary and middle school education. I also have two years if experience in adult education and tutoring. I am certified in Spanish, bilingual and ESL education. I have extensive experience in curriculum design, implementation and evaluation; creating rigorous, relevant and engaging lesson plans; and identifying effective instructional practices and assessment techniques.
