I graduated from UCF in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. I did some work in webhosting and freelance webdesign, but after the very sudden death of a parent I re-examined my priorities. I decided to transition to job that was more fulfilling, and began working as a tutor in 2012. I have been working as a private tutor ever since. I have over 8 years of experience working with mostly middle and high school students on math. I typically work with students one on one, but occasionally work with small groups as well. I feel that having a computer science background gives me a different perspective on math, and the problem solving skills learned from this area allow me to help students find effective ways to model problems and teach them how to "debug" their work.
