At Dallas Baptist University, I received my Bachelors in Elementary Education. I have recently completed my first year of teaching at Grace Covenant Academy. During the 2018/19 school year, I was a 4 th grade teacher, as well as a 3rd and 6th grade math teacher. During this time as a teacher, I created all lesson plans and activities, managed and ran a well-organized classroom, managed gradebooks, and assisted with recess and lunchroom duties. I then transitioned into an assistant teacher at Trinity Christian in 4th grade. Recently, I became a substitute in they Wylie, Plano and Rockwall area. I have been working in all grades ranging from Kindergarten to 6th grade. I have also been a part time tutor for 4 years. I have tutored grades ranging from Kindergarten to 6th grade. I am a skilled and enthusiastic emerging teacher with experience developing lesson plans and curriculum for EC-6th grade students. I am eager to continue to pursue my passion for teaching and supporting student learning.
