I have an M. Ed in Literacy and Language from Miami University( Oxford, OH) and am licensed by the state of Ohio to teach reading and writing to grades K-12. Currently, I am an elementary reading specialist who works primarily with students who have special needs and/or are learning English as a second language. Before becoming a literacy specialist, I taught second-grade general education.
