Hailey Mayweather is a Biola University Graduate with a BS in Biology and years of experience in teaching, humanitarian work, and environmentalism. Her attention to detail and emotional intuition contributes to her ability to lead and cultivate strategies that are effective in groups with diverse backgrounds. While in pursuit of a career as a professor of environmental biology she enjoys backpacking, camping, and other outdoor sports. Whether it be understanding the impact that she has on the ecosystem as an individual, or taking to heart the impact that she has on others, she strives to live with a mindset of “act locally, think globally” pursuing integrity and intentionality in all that she does.
