James Driscoll is a K-12 paraeducator who works with students of all levels to expand and explain class material. With a multitude of experience as an in-classroom aide, both as a physical anthropology laboratory teaching assistant and more recently as a paraeducator, James has significant experience working with both college and high school students. He has most recently spent a year working as a paraeducator for special needs children. As someone who has worked both as a teaching assistant and a paraeducator, James knows how to help both inside and outside of the classroom can help students from falling behind. He also knows that help such as tutoring can bring the classroom as a whole up. He believes that students ultimately want to succeed and that it’s the duty of educators to help them get there. James graduated in 2019 with honors and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a specialization in Archaeology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
