I was born and raised in New Jersey, where I got my teaching certification in Early Childhood and Special Education. I was a tutor for a company that served low income families, and substituted for several years. In 2015, I moved down here and was hired in Charlotte as a first grade teacher. I taught there for a year and then moved to South Carolina where I started working in Great Falls Elementary School. It is a very rural, low economic area and the students really need help. I love working with them and making a difference in their lives, hoping that I will instill the love of learning in them.
