Rica Echavez grew up in Los Angeles, CA going to Catholic elementary and high school. From there, she went out of state for college to obtain her Bachelors of Arts degree in Philosophy. Rica has worked in the non profit sector but mostly in sales. For the last 10-20 years, she has been in the mortgage industry where she utilized her people and sales skills to make homeownership achievable for all people from a diverse socio economic backgrounds in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. She enjoys running, tennis, baking, and volunteering.
