Responsible for managing all testing and training in support of major time and attendance financial application system. Utilize client/server architecture with Sybase database implementation and develop overall project, test, resource, and implementation strategy plans. Successfully support aggressive, market-driven implementation dates with newly expanded organization (including fourteen SQA engineers). Develop processes and procedures for improving end-to-end integration and performance testing across all products using Mercury Interactive’s LoadRunner and WinRunner automation tools. Reduced manual functional test time by 25% using Seque’s Silktest automation tools and successfully hired six new SQA engineers in difficult job market.
