A master teacher with more than 19 years of classroom teaching experience, I believe that I am a qualified candidate for the position because I understand the key elements that are necessary to make a classroom successful. Those key elements include: effective classroom management; being organized and structured; having high expectations of my students and myself; and a passion for education. I have strong leadership abilities, outstanding oral and written communication skills, and an excellent work ethic. As an educator, I am a highly qualified and experienced with a proven track record of student achievement. I am a team player who can also work independently. And most importantly, I know how to motivate both teachers and students.
