My name is Carson Meyers. I graduated with high honors from Highland Community College and am currently finishing my senior year at the University of Illinois Springfield. I am studying to become an English teacher. In addition, I have been tutoring and mentoring professionally and as a volunteer for many years. Supporting students in their academic journey is very important to me, and it led to my desire to work in the school districts. I have tutored students in K-12 setting, along with students in college on a variety of subject areas. I have many hobbies and interests outside of tutoring. These include playing with my younger siblings and spending time with family, watching movies, doing yoga, and practicing martial arts!
