My name is Deanna Leah and I am a 24 year old seeking out experiences of growth, healing and learning. I graduated with my GED in 2014 after having been home schooled and self taught through highschool. Following this I obtained a dual bachelors degree from the University of New Mexico in psychology and women's studies. I have always loved exploring the grey areas of life, using critical thinking and making education correlate to our real lives because what is education worth if all it teaches you is facts and it never teaches you how to follow those facts to the truth or to love the process of learning something new everyday? That is why i want to teach, because i love seeing things click for people and their world expanding and fostering a life-long love of learning is my passion.
