I am a registered nurse. I have been teaching all aspects of nursing school for the past three years. I have experience in a clinical setting, classroom setting, online, and virtual setting. I am passionate about healthcare and committed to advancing the knowledge of my students. I have one more semester to complete my masters in nursing degree. As a nurse, I believe it is crucial to educate and advocate for my patients, thus, I will be be completing my advanced practitioner degree by 12/20.
I have experience in all aspects of the acute care, long-term care, sub-acute care, and home care settings. As for an educator, I have taught fundamentals of nursing, medical surgery, obstetrics, orthopedics, neurology, endocrine system/diabetes, nutrition, oncology, and renal. I have tutor students in pharmacology and for the National Council Licensure Examination for register nurses and practical nurses.
In sum, I am an registered nurse, an educator, and a student. I have a vast knowledge of healthcare and I enjoy sharing it with patients and students.
