Originally from Orange, California, Jacqueline enjoys the collaborative study of history and anthropology through cultural organizations, especially museums. Museums offer the opportunity of capturing the public’s interests, along with educating all ages about issues of the past, present, and future. Jacqueline believes in innovative, honest, and creative methods to convey information about human history to the public other than a one-dimensional viewpoint. Some of Jacqueline’s passions include musical theatre, theme parks such as Disneyland, and reading fantasy novels. Her prior experiences include internships at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History, the Lower East Side Tenement Museum, El Pueblo Historical Monument in Los Angeles, the San Diego Museum of Man, and the Oireachtas (Irish Parliament). Jacqueline served from 2017–2018 through AmeriCorps City Year in New Orleans, Louisiana. She most recently worked at Nixon Presidential Library and Chapman University Archives.
