You're looking at an active, punctual, patient and experienced leader. I have a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and throughout the past 3 years, I have worked at numerous schools serving various positions. I served as a school social worker where I taught Social Emotional Learning and implemented Restorative Justice practices. Additionally I was a tutor for two sixth grade classes where I worked one-on-one with students and pulled small groups to focus on level based instruction. Apart from this I have been a substitute throughout Chula Vista Elementary School District. These all contributed to my experience and knowledge surrounding how to teach/ manage students in one-on-one/ group settings. This directly applies to my experience tutoring because I am skilled at organization, clarification and individual support.
