I'm a December 2019 graduate from Baker University who was at the top of her class with a 3.98 GPA. My major areas of study were History and French with minors in Business and Religious Studies. During my time at Baker, I enjoyed the chance to present original research twice at the regional Missouri Valley History Conference. My education in French allowed me to study abroad through a volunteer opportunity in Senegal for a month, an opportunity that gave me perspective and experience teaching a wide range of students. I was able to graduate a semester early and find a job in Accounts Payable, but, due to recent global events, I have found myself unemployed and eager to return to academics in the form of teaching what I know and love as well as learning from teaching.
