To whom it may concern, My name is Nicole Ugalde and i am a recent college graduate in her bachelors degree in Political Science and a minor in public administration from Montclair state University. I would really describe myself to be a person with a versatile skill-set, with a lot of honesty and willing to go out of my way to make sure each client is satisfied and happy. I would like to work for your branch because I believe that there is room for growth and development. I also believe that I could be a valuable asset to your company. I contain the knowledge of our educational industry and how important it is in our daily lives. A benefit I have is using the four months of retail experience in customer service, to resonate with any type of client that comes into our facility. I consider myself to be the kindest, humble and understanding representative when it comes to clients, i am fascinated on helping them and i hope your facility will give me a chance to do so. As indicated in my resume, I possess cash handling expertise, great enthusiasm, commitment to excellence, and a sense of responsibility. Furthermore, I know that your branch is known to welcoming a diversity of clients and one of my biggest skills is that i am fluent in Spanish, I have found that being bilingual has helped automatically increase positive customer service, leading to recommendations of our clients to other future clients because they know they would be able to communicate with someone who they are able to understand.
