Hi! My name is Christina Pina and I was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. I am 23 years old and the majority of my recent work experience is in education. I spent 2 years as a tutor at UTSA while working on my undergrad. After graduation, I served one year at City Year San Antonio working with at-risk youth. After that, I moved abroad to be an ESL kindergarten teacher in Thailand for 4 months. I have accepted a position to return to City Year and also admission into a Masters of Social Work program that will both start in the fall. I am looking for work in between now and then and would love to continue working with children as it is my passion.
